Manage daily cultivation operations — monitoring pH, temperature, nutrient dosing and harvesting schedules in our photobioreactor facility.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship to all major cities and towns across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on the destination.

- Standard Shipping: ₹60 flat for orders below ₹999
- Express Delivery: Available in select cities — charged at actuals
Bulk / B2B Orders

International Shipping
We currently export to select countries. International shipping timelines and costs vary by destination and are communicated at the time of order. All export documentation (FSSAI, Phytosanitary, COA) is provided at no extra charge.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible.

Refund Process
